So in one of my last posts I mentioned about saving waste and money by using the same ingredient for different dinners, so here are some recipe ideas using butternut squash! So this recipes is super easy and super tasty (serves 1). 1 butternut squash (halved) keep the seeds (I sprinkled them with chill and baked them in the oven for a topping). 1 clove of garlic. 1/4 of an onion. 1/2 a chili (optional). 1/2 tin of mixed beans.

Easy Peasy Lemons Squeezy. Really simple Baked Beans. January 3, 2016. January 6, 2016. 1 tin chopped or plum Tomatoes. 1 tin of Cannellini Beans. 1 clove of Garlic. 1/4 of a Red Onion. 1 tspn of Cayenne Pepper. 1 tspn of Tumeric. A splash of Worcester Sauce. Salt and Pepper (for seasoning). Blend the Tomatoes for a couple of seconds. Chop and fry the Garlic and Red Onion with a little oil, untill softened. Add the spices and stir well, ensuring not to burn them (add more Oil if needs be). January 3, 2016.
