Bohemian Grandma: March 2012
http://wwwbohemiangrandma.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 4, 2012. Street style for me is pulled together in a random, edgy sort of way. During Fashion Week street style is redefined by designers and shows. First up is Paris, style during Fashion Week. An unexpected combination. I like it. Nice to see the color. I would have expected black, black and black with an accent of gray. Now to London and even more color. Fashion week street style. And NYC Great boots and blue bag. Love the colorful bags. What is your street style must have?

Bohemian Grandma: NYC Window Shopping
http://wwwbohemiangrandma.blogspot.com/2013/01/nyc-window-shopping.html
Thursday, January 31, 2013. I was in NYC for a few days and covered a lot of ground. I thought a good way to share some of what I saw would be through window shopping, a near perfect past time, big on inspiration and low on cost. My first stop was ABC Home and Carpet. On Broadway at 19th St. ABC Home is styling heaven. They do such an amazing job starting with the display windows. They are great at mixing new and vintage. Love the crisp white with the berry red rug. More creativity and energy from LV.

Bohemian Grandma: April 2012
http://wwwbohemiangrandma.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 21, 2012. My birthday is in early spring. Since spring came early this year it was an especially beautiful day. I spent part of the day at the Missouri Botanical Garden. It was in full bloom and absolutely stunning. Tulips, cherry trees, dogwoods, crab apple trees all were in bloom. The Japanese garden is alway beautiful. Its hard to take a bad photo there. A pink relection. Surely that's a good omen for something. It was quite a day. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Bohemian Grandma: October 2011

Sunday, October 23, 2011. One of my new favorite places around town (STL) is The Mud House on Cherokee St. 2101 Cherokee St to be exact. It's a great coffee house/cafe. The food is good, the chai latte is very tasty and the interiors are fun and not over done. I like the way the soda bottles are arranged in the white cabinet. Vintage sign is kind of great too. This bookcase is amazing. I love the way the books are arranged by color and the typewriters on the top are perfect. Links to this post. My intere...

Bohemian Grandma: New York In January
http://wwwbohemiangrandma.blogspot.com/2013/02/new-york-in-january.html
Tuesday, February 5, 2013. New York In January. I was in NYC for five days in January. Here a few images from my wintry adventure. The approach to the Queensboro bridge. I actually meant to be going west instead of east but the view of the bridge was worth the extra walk. The photo was taken a day or two before Mayor Koch passed away. Once I was headed in the right direction I came to the Plaza Hotel with its wonderful architectural details. Did not see Eloise. Columbus watching over his Circle. My intere...
