http://emsdaily.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
A day in the life of em. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Recently, I've been reading a book called "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Furhman and have been taking a serious look at the kind of foods I've been eating in my diet. Having a child puts a new spin on your life- it changes your priorities, your responsibilities and ultimately, your long term goals. You are what you eat. A day in the life of em. Monday, May 25, 2009. Isabel shows us a few of her smooth moves. . Friday, May 15, 2009. 1 Year Check Up. Little Isabel had her one year check up today. She did ok- screamed bloody murder after getting two shots in the arm, but I don't blame her. Weight: 23 pounds 7 oz (85%). Height: 31.5 inches (97%). She still is a little low on iron, so we have to keep giving her the supplements. I hate to do it, but I also hate to have my little monkey anemic. . Sunday, May 10, 2009.

The un-diet. You work in an office where people bring treats every day? Keep up the good work! View my complete profile.

A day in the life of em. Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Look What I Made! Last Sunday, some girlfriends and I went to the Make It Workshop in W. Seattle and took a sewing class. They offer all sorts of classes and are available for parties too. Here is what I made in class. Granted it was just practice, but it turned out to be a great hat for Miss K. So we've been workin...
