July 7, 2016. Been a while…. Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, (I don’t think people do read my posts but just in case you do) I’ve kinda gone into abit of a depression which is very unlike me. I’m normally very good at staying happy and keeping going and encouraging others but I’ve been really bad. I’m hoping to get onto the healthy minds list thing soon so I hope there’s a light at the end of the tunnel ,I just gotta keep busy and positive. Thanks to those who have listened 🙂. I think my cats new because they both came and walked into the bedroom half a hour ago and jumped on the bed and both lay down and snuggled up to me, one on my left side and one on my right, it’s like a amazing kitty cuddle sandwich! July 19, 2016. I’ve always pulled at my eyebrows and hair, I have a lot of bald patches In my eyebrows but it’s not to bad in my hair but I also (I know this is gross) pick dry bits on my scalp. I was round a friends house and she noticed me doing it and my husband said she does it all the time and she said do you know much about. And I was like no? She explained abit about it to me and it does sound similar to what I do. If any of you suffer with it what do you do to stop the habit? Getting a bit better.

I forgot to give a update on my pain meds… Basically the Dr as given me everything that he can give and can’t give me or let me try anything else so his going to take me to a pain clinic to see if I can go on morphine though them. Even though I was upset and felt like I’ve hit brick call he was really sweet! He felt really bad he couldn’t do anything and I started to cry (I’m such a wimp!
