National Insurance Numbers, banks and other organisation. April 20, 2011 · 6:34 pm. Here is a list of words and phrases that I have learnt are Australian. I have been shocked. Cracked it (or alternatively, cracked the sads). Clucky (as in; ‘seeing all these babies is making me clucky’, not in the chicken way). Lost it (in the laughing sense… Here the only way to lose it is in anger). Op-shopping (they’re called charity shops here). To pay someone out. I am constantly in shock at how Australian I am.
