Haaaave you met Alissa? Last night after work I joined some other coworkers for a Happy Hour in Wicker Park. It was great! One of our Partners, Steve, from an insurance place paid for it all with his company credit card I think, so it was all free and it was great to start to get to know the other people I'll be working with, outside of the office. PLUS turns out a guy in my office, Mark, grew up with Peder in Homewood/Flossmoor! It was a terrific Friday night! I'm a Workin' Woman! I started work today!
