Squares and strips like dots and dashes. I wonder if this will be something in Morse code? I really liked Inspector Morse! I knitted a plain pair of socks for little Miss Purple, because her little sister was going to get one,. Monday, 19 March 2012. Scandinavian Christmas - Block 2. Right after I made my last post, I had a sudden burst of energy and finished the block 2 stitching, trimmed it to size and added the Churn Dash blocks to the top. Here they are, the two first blocks together.I'm ready to start the third one. Thursday, 31 May 2012. SC 5 and some PIPS finishes. Today is the day which meant end of school and the beginning of three whole months of Summer holidays when I went to school. My first Summer holiday started with my first wristwatch and measles. Wagtails have returned from the South, marching busily on our lawn and catching insects. I set myself a goal to finish the Scandinavian Christmas top by the end of May, and so I did. The hearts for the outer border were easy to applique. 31 May 2012 at 14:05.

Since last summer, and it was buried under more urgent projects some time in November, when the first deadline was. I waited for a long time for the book Word Play Quilts by Tonya Ricucci.
