April Showers: December 2014
http://aprilshowers19.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 9, 2014. I was excited to send out Christmas cards this year. We got some really cute pictures of the girls with "Santa" (Kevin dressed up in a Santa suit). Sorry we couldn't send a card to everyone, but here is what we sent out. We have had a fabulous (and seemingly quick) 2014 and hope you have too. Time flies way too quickly when you have little ones! Here are a few highlights from the year. While Kevin was in between jobs we drove up to Bremerton, Washington to visit his family....

April Showers: January 2014
http://aprilshowers19.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Our beautiful Eleanor Ann turned two years old on the 11th. Where did the last two years go? For breakfast I attempted to make Mickey Mouse pancakes. I was just happy Eleanor recognized them as such. She spent most of the morning/ early afternoon playing with her new toys. After nap time we FaceTimed with family then headed to the mall. Kevin turned Ellie's car seat around while she was napping, so this was her first car ride facing forward. She loved it.

April Showers: Mother's Day 2015
http://aprilshowers19.blogspot.com/2015/05/mothers-day-2015.html
Monday, May 11, 2015. I think I love Mother's Day more and more each year. Eleanor was really excited to celebrate this year. I think because Kevin took her shopping for me and they picked out a giant bag of Sour Patch Watermelons. She is excited for me to share. I prepped most of dinner the day before so Kevin would have it easy. Homemade lasagna, garlic bread and Cesar salad. Then Angel Food cake cupcakes with whipped cream and strawberries for dessert. Monday, June 30, 2014. San Diego Trip - Days 1 and 2. The last time I traveled to my parent's house in California was when Eleanor was 8 months old. Since Scarlett recently turned 8 months, and Kevin was going on a trip with his brothers and dad, I figured it was time to visit again. We used some of Kevin's skymiles and I flew out with the girls on Monday, June 16. Ellie had a minor freak out when it was time to walk onto the plane and kept saying, "No plane. Go back home! Eleanor loved all the animals (...

Monday, August 11, 2014. Ten Months - Scarlett. Scarlett just keeps getting cuter and cuter. Her personality is really starting to shine through and she is hilarious. A few things about Scarlett at 10 months:. Nurses about 4 times a day and eats lots of solid foods. Likes everything we have given her except humus and avocados. Loves peas, applesauce and any sort of bread. Still no teeth, but I have a feeling they will be popping up soon. Wont keep bows or headbands on her head. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

April Showers: March 2015
http://aprilshowers19.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 8, 2015. We have never gotten professional pictures done of our family and I really wanted to make it happen this year. Thanks to our friend Glenn with Pearson Photography. For taking some beautiful pictures. Scarlett was beyond ready for her nap, so she didn't really cooperate, but I still think we got some cute ones. It sure isn't easy getting four people to look at the camera and smile at the same time! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Friday, August 14, 2015. Germany 2015 - Day 1. Now that it's been more than a month since we went to Germany, I guess I should finally write about it! There will be a lot of pictures, so feel free to scroll past some if you get sick of them! We dropped our luggage of at a storage center and waited for Kevin's brother Mike and his wife Amy to arrive so we would take the train into the city. We also happened upon the Opera House. It was time to head back to the airport to meet up with our brother-in-law Sc...
