http://kenandkatie.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
There are no good-byes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart. Mahatma Gandhi. Saturday, May 10, 2008. I've been hit, I've been hit! Well, as you can see, our car has a boo-boo. By the way, I have been working this past month at Mosquito Control again. It has been wonderful to have a job again and to (of course) be getting paid! The weather was cold for a bit, but is now heating up so we'll be busy soon. However, the skeeters are already out- I've been finding them!

I know its been a REALLY REALLY long time since I've posted. All I can say is that I am going to TRY to do better. That's all you can ask for right? Well, since my last post - a lot has happened. Let me try and do a quick synopsis in chronological order. 1 Moved back to TN and miracles made it possible to get our apartment in order. So, Ken lea...

The Meow Machine is how i roll when days are slow at Bagram. I was fortunate enough to get this guitar for free and I've decided to decorate it with whatever comes to mind. There are no good-byes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart. Mahatma Gandhi. Sunday, November 9, 2008. The Last FEW weeks. Well, I have been slow to update- but not because of the lack of news. I have been really busy! After ken left, :( I drove to Idaho to visit Natalie (& go to her quilting retreat) and was there Tuesday- Sunday. I had SOO much fun being with her, and her family couldn't have been nicer! I enjoyed my self so much that I plan on going next year! So I came home the ni...

http://quiltedsisters.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 28, 2008. I've been reorganizing my fabric and I put it in this long tub so I could see it all really good! I'm sure you cant believe that I have more fabric than just this tub. =). =) .hehehe. I have my flannel in a different tub. Alex loved climbing on the tub he thought that I did it just for him! This was the view I dont know if you can tell but in the background the Teton Mountians are there! Monday, October 13, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sites To Check Out.
A Work In Progress: September 2010
http://daveharrell.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
A Work In Progress. This Space for Rent. Monday, September 27, 2010. We are still here! We are here and thriving in the Good ole South. We've been busy frolicking the last of our summer away while Dave was home for his r&r. It was a wonderful two weeks. Filled with so many activities. Which included the following:. Devouring juicy Amish peaches. 4 Wheeling across a 600 acre farm. A weekend of camping. Washing the car,. Rafting the Ocoee River. Watching baby perfect her mad walking skills. So there I was.

A Work In Progress. This Space for Rent. Saturday, May 15, 2010. Hundred year flood part 2. My technical illiteracy put this video in a separate post. Two weeks ago we had some serious rain. Something along the lines of 14 inches in 12 hours. Everyone upstream and downstream got hit by a super long front producing the rain. The flooding was extensive. Baby, the menagerie and I are fine. The creek behind our home is far down the hill from us. We were high and dry through the ordeal. Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
Helen's Project 365: Strangest derby injury to date...
http://helenproject365.blogspot.com/2008/10/strangest-derby-injury-to-date.html
Let's see if I can do this! A photo for every day of the year. We have been in London for almost a year now, and I feel like I have missed so many moments. Here's to capturing every one! Wednesday, 22 October 2008. Strangest derby injury to date. Not the biggest bruise or most impressive rink rash, but definitely odd! Must have been my elbow pads, although I don't know how it would have happened. Just an assortment of mini bruises that quite unfortunately look like needle pricks! View my complete profile.

Let's see if I can do this! A photo for every day of the year. We have been in London for almost a year now, and I feel like I have missed so many moments. Here's to capturing every one! Thursday, 9 October 2008. Truth be told, this was less adventurous fashion sense and more lack of laundry. Seven days without washing machine and counting! I figured it would be better to post part of a crazy outfit than the seriously scary pile of laundry that has long overtaken my hamper. 9 October 2008 at 21:06.

Wednesday, 15 October 2008. Project of the day. Who am I kidding. Project of the next few months is probably more like it. Quilted Sisters: October 2009
http://quiltedsisters.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 26, 2009. So we had our annual quilt retreat again and Katie came out to go to it and we had a blast. I was really worried about taking Kaylee worried she'd cry the whole time and disturb the ladies but she was a perfect angel. People were even saying they didn't even know she was there! The place we got was a little smaller this year and we had 35 women there so it was packed. Katie and I got by the fire place again and it was perfect, Katie will have to post some pic's. Next up, a quilt...

Ken & Kathleen Campervan Trips
Ken and Kathleen Campervan Trips. Saturday, 31 March 2018. Friday, 30th March 2018. The weather forecast, according to Apple, promises rain, but, although the morning is cool, it is dry. By 10:30 it is a sitting in the sun 17C. We have collected a heap of washing, so, while the washing machine attends to that, we sit drinking coffee and people watching. We cycle to Port Grimuad, where Google tells us there is "Stations of the Cross" at the Catholic Church there. Saturday, 31st March 2018. We cycle to St ...

Hinton Happenings
Tuesday, March 27, 2018. My rating: 3 of 5 stars. When my husband and I go on road trips we like to listen to a book to keep us awake (Usually works for him; Usually doesn’t work for me. It’s a good thing he does most of the driving! If I had to give this book a one-word label, I think I would choose “thought-provoking.” Is that one word? View all my reviews. Thursday, March 22, 2018. I loved talking and reminiscing with these kids about my grandmas. Kristen made my mom's tamales:. 1 Sunny side up egg.

Wednesday, October 9, 2013. Today is my sister's 25th Birthday! I can't believe that it was 25 years ago that I stood in the hospital wing staring into the nursery at you! I'm so happy to be your sister and so proud of the person you have become! You are such a joy to be around and your infectious smile lets people know that you care. You are an amazing auntie to Wyatt and I can't wait to see you with kids of your own some day! I love you so much and I hope you have a wonderful day!
