Weight and BMI Tracker. Monday, April 28, 2008. All I did this weekend was eat. Friday: Nacho's and onion rings and beer and coolers. Walked downtown - amazingly only used 2 FP's. Saturday: market downtown = orange juice, sausage, kettle corn then BBQ at my place = ceaser salad, potatos, home made hamburgers, chips, more beer, more coolers and CAKE - pretty sure I used ALL my FP's and more! Friday, April 25, 2008. As I was looking at my ticker above I realized it was REALLY close to the middle. Huh?

Weight and BMI Tracker. Thursday, May 1, 2008. Went on another cooking binge yesterday. I love it! New foods make me happy. From the WW Cookbook we made:. 1 Hummus - so garlicy (I couldn't bring any to work) but delicious with toasted pita triangles. We ate them up SO fast. It was my first time eating hummus. I was impressed! 2 Cream of Brocolli Soup - Pretty good! You could definitly tell it was low cream, more veg. But I liked it all the same. Brought left overs for lunch today. YUM! Weight and BMI Tracker. Saturday, May 24, 2008. I've been working SOOO hard for weeks and there has been NO results. I went away for the long weekend to halifax, eating out all the time, then when I got home I went away on business for the week (Tues-Friday) - so I probably had 15 meals in resturants this week and I tried to be SOOO careful. Weight and BMI Tracker. Saturday, May 31, 2008. I have no time. I have no time anymore. No time for WW.ca boards, or blogging. I only have Saturdays because John is still at work. I've joined Goodlife now too. I LOVE the classes so much. Bodyflow, BodyAttach, Body Jam. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! John signed up with me and we go after work. I'm really excited to get really fit, and really althetic. 18 on my home scale. I'm kinda working with two weights WW meeting and naked bathroom weight. You can do it.

Weight and BMI Tracker. Monday, March 31, 2008. Friday night was a success. Didn't eat anything off plan. Get to the gym before I got ready for my friends, went to her house and had 3 drink and didn't buy a single drink at the bar. Avoided bar food too! Sunday I woke up early to go snowboarding! Wednesday, April 16, 2008. I love Weight Watchers! Everyone is so supportive and I think that helps everyone! Plus getting out there for a jog at 7 am is awesome! The sun is just getting up and everything is like calm. When I was done my run and stretching outside I felt a nice wind from above and it was like my mom was looking down on me saying how proud of me she was! Pst i didnt curse you and give you shin splints! I'm glad you got your run in, i'm headed to the gym later on. April 16, 2008 at 8:45 AM.

Weight and BMI Tracker. Thursday, June 19, 2008. This will be quick. I'm out the door soon. So loss is down to 192 with another WI coming this Saturday. I don't think this week was that good. I don't expect much. Gym has been good. Making it to my Saturday morning class, some Flow, mostly elliptical throughout the week. Tonight I'm getting my Fit Fix orientation on the weight circuit. Thursday, May 1, 2008. New Month, New start(ish). K it is the beginning of a new month. I have one full clean month to get some more weight off of me since I have been dancing around the same 2 lbs since March. I am pretty frustrated and ready to buckle down and really do something! I am deciding right now if I want to go running or do 40 min on my elliptical instead. It's kina crazy windy out again(winds from 33 km/h) so I am thinking that 40 min on my elliptical will be great! New Month, New start(ish).
