Friday, November 29, 2013. Brooke (2nd grade) and Zach (5th grade) first day of school. Brooke and Zach with their good friends and neighbors, Ellianna and Oliver, waiting at the bus stop. Monday, December 2, 2013. Some of David's first Spanish school work he brought home, "I see.". David's kindergarten school picture. Brooke's 2nd grade school picture. Zach's 5th grade school picture. Nicholas' 7th grade school picture. Gabe falling asleep during lunch! Zach and I on a date while Nicholas and Mike are at General Conference in Salt Lake City. Sunday, August 18, 2013. Brooke had a 1st grade field trip to Jackson Bottom Wetlands. We got to observe and learn about all different kinds of wildlife. Brooke with her red coat tied around her waist. A beautiful, perfect day for a field trip! Brooke and her good friend, Elliana. They live only a couple houses away from us born a couple days apart. All because two people fell in love. Monday, November 30, 2009. This year as part of our "Thanksgiving camping" tradition we went to Mt. Hood. It was really relaxing and not having any alarm clocks going off at 5:30 was wonderful. We went swimming. watched movies, watched football football football games one after another, ate lots of yummy turkey and played the dice game. I always look so forward to spending real simple quality time with just my family. Glad all the work was worth it in the end!

Friday, February 4, 2011. After riding on several rides, we finally convinced her to try the snow, since our ticket window for the snow was only an hour long.We had to go fast.She went into the gated area to play in the snow.She wasn't impressed.The "snow" was more like ground up ice chips and she couldn't make a snow angel.She only stayed in there for about 3 minutes. Sweet Aimee was along for the ride.I love this baby! Who knew that the Lake Forest bird is the hummingbird? Colleen, Mike, Abbie and Aimee.

All because two people fell in love. Monday, April 13, 2009. We had a SUPER fun time on Saturday at my Sister Joy's house with all of my family. We had a great dinner ( Ham, baked potato. Bar, salad, deviled eggs and rolls) and of course delicious. Desserts. I just loved the cute cupcakes my sister Joy made that I had to take a picture of them.
