Wednesday, September 29, 2010. 18 Month Dr. Appt and Some Big News! Today Ryder had his 18 month check-up…and everything went well. He is 31.5 inches long which is in the 25th percentile for his age. She was happy to see that he had grown taller since he hasn’t at his last few appointments. But his weight hasn’t gone up at all, he isn’t even on the percentile chart! He is only 20.6 pounds! We left there with a prescription to try a new lotion for his Eczema, and a referral to a Pediatric Ophthalmologist.

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Ryder dressed up as a shark for Halloween and we drove him around the neighborhood on the golf cart! He was most impressed with the lollipops. Any time he would get one he’d say “LOLLIPOP! 8221; Lollipops…and the golf cart…I think its safe to say he had a good night! Friday, December 31, 2010. 2010: Year in Review. Ryder was 9 months old when 2010 began, and he brought in the New Year sick (any one else see the pattern forming? We got more snow and spent the first part of February snowed in! We celebrated our first Valentine’s Day as a family. Ryder developed a great appetite and really enjoyed trying new people foods. Saturday, May 28, 2011. Yay, we finally have Maisy’s room together! I didn’t have a theme, I just fell in love with the bedding and knew I wanted to pull some of the bright colors out of it, and everything kind of fell into place from there. Ryder made stairs for himself to be able to get into Maisy’s crib! Thanks to Mandi for passing down Bailey’s old crib, I absolutely love the white, it looks so good with her bedding. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Week 1 has definitely been a rollercoaster of emotions! It started out so frustrating and scary, then turned into Ryder adjusting very well to the cast and using Lefty more and more each day, and ended with the cast coming off in his sleep and having to get re-casted!
