Virgin HST Power Car 43079. Near the site of the new Bromsgrove railway station, we timehop back to Sunday 24th June 2001, and the era of the Virgin red HST. This southbound Cross Country service is led by power car 43079, and is seen passing what was then Newton Works, in the early evening. The photo was shot with a bog-standard Centon DF-300.
