This is Meredith Christine Schleehauf. She was 26 months old on the 26th of February and is facing a huge challenge. She was born with a condition called left hypoplastic heart syndrome. Meredith has been thru two open heart procedures; one at birth and at three months, and now we hope the final procedure. Her surgery is slated for Monday Feb 18th.
