Don't allow the Voles of the world to eat through your testimony. Gardening has been one of the most amazing blessings in our family's life. There have been so many things that we've learned about gardening, but also so many amazing spiritual lessons and applications. I pulled up a few more carrots, only to find the same thing. This is what the voles had done to our poor carrots:. They had burrowed beneath the ground, and tunneled through my carrots, leaving only the outer skin and the green stalk.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015. There's ducks in them thar hills! Again, another few busy weeks here in Wisconsin and in Idaho. Jon and I drove home near the middle of June to attend my Nelson extended family reunion. It was such an incredible experience to see family members I haven't seen in years. Friday, June 12, 2015. I know, I know. Cheesy title. The name appropriately fits this next post though. I never would have thought that there is so much to do here! Perhaps because it is a new area to explore, but it sure seems like there are so many activities directed towards families. There were a lot of people at the zoo this weekend, but Madison didn't mind because she got to ride on Dad's shoulders.

The best thing about me is you. December 29, 2013. We were able to get to spend a little bit a time with quite a bit of family while we were in GF for Christmas this year. We took my Grandma B. to the Boise Botanical Gardens - for Christmas time they have it all lit up so pretty! The Lights are everywhere and are so BRIGHT! They were really pretty! The best thing about me is you. July 25, 2013. Little visitors from CA. Bella and her sister Jazzy were both able to come out and stay with Kyle and I here in the good 'ol STG! Of course we had lots of fun with each of them. Bella came first and then a couple weeks later Jazz came out to stay with us too! The best thing about me is you. December 15, 2013. We have snow. A lot of Snow in St. George, Utah. This is absolutely crazy! It is unreal how much snow we got here at my house! Yes, I live in ST. GEORGE, UTAH, the place where it shines all year long! Not the case here. Saturday Dec. 2 later evening it started to snow, we figured it would be melted as soon as we woke up the next morning.BOY WERE WE WRONG! It was so pretty with the snow on the red rocks! The snow ended up staying on the ground for 2 weeks!

Tuesday, July 28, 2015. This month slowed down a little, due to lots of isolated thunderstorm warnings, which kept us inside at least two of the Saturdays this month. Nevertheless, we still found ways to cross items off of our Wisconsin bucket list! We really enjoyed our 4th of July. The best thing about me is you. November 04, 2013. Happy Fall Ya'll :). So lots of random things have been going on for us as of lately. We enjoyed a nice evening together at the St. George Temple. I must say it looks SOOO beautiful at night. Sara was here for a quick trip and I got to see them for a little bit so we took them up to Cox Pond just up the street from my house. They loved feeding the little duckies! Kruz seems to enjoy being up there too, he especially enjoys his nap time in the sunshine ;).
