Monday, 10 August 2015. Weekly Recap: Ealing Half Marathon Training Week 2. I'm absolutely exhausted. Sitting at your desk with your eyelids drooping is not the best way to start a Monday. It's definitely a 2 cup of coffee morning. Last week was busy for all the right reasons with plenty of friends and family time. We spent the weekend in Sheffield for a beautiful wedding where Ste was the best man for second time this year! Tuesday: 40 minute run, 4 x 5 threshold with 2 recovery. Sunday: 6 mile run.
