I tell her i have personal space issues. I tell her i don't like leaning back in the chair with someone hovering over me. No offense, i say. it's not about you. and it's certainly not about the pain- does it hurt much? But i just don't like having anybody in my space. Anyway, she tells me this: get your eye brows waxed.

Not like the invisible man. I'm not going to be swept away by aliens. A quieter quiet than all that. there will be nothing really to talk about when i get back.
