Previous employment included teaching and lecturing, so I understand some of the postural problems associated with sitting in front of a computer for extended periods of time.

Muffins. I love muffins! They are so versatile. They can be savory or sweet, filled with fruit and nuts, chocolate chips, corn or ham and cheese. Muffins are cupcakes without the guilt!
