I'm sure if it was because it was nice to take a short break from the hussle and bussle of our fall schedule, or it was the fact the boys are getting older and dont need me to do everything for them, or if it was the company we shared, but I'm must say I had tons of fun and am looking forward to summer and fall camping already. During Winter Break in February, Connor had a birthday party for a classmate at a local bowling alley. So I decided in would be a great time to see if the boys liked to bowl. Thursday, February 7, 2013. 3 days after the New Year, I was sitting on the couch watching TV, an afternoon program about resolutions - how fitting. They were talking about a 3 day detox. As I was listening, I keep thinking to myself I can do this, it's only 3 days. How hard can it be? Detoxing your body is great once it's all done. During those three days, I felt gross, I had no energy and I craved sugar.that's my trigger food. The scale is heading in the right direction again! Posted by cara vandam.
