One of the learning objectives for my course was that students should have developed “competence in the use of one or more web environments or software programmes which will facilitate multimodal production”. Ever get the feeling you’re being followed? Fishing spiders drive tadpoles into funnel shaped water webs! My life has reached an all time high! The Dalai lama is following ME! I am starting to get twitter (at last! It has taken about a month of lurking and twitter. I am also trying out audio. Here, surely that should be useful for something? Comments : 6 Comments. Just to warn anyone reading this… from here on in, this blog will probably not interest you in the least. I am purely using this blog as a record of me actually doing something on my dissertation for my own mental health. Still reading? Then prepare to yawn…. My lit. review should make up a third of the wordage in my final thesis so that works out to be around 6666 words (slightly spooky! 3) How pupils draw upon, share, reform and construct scientific knowledge during discussions of SSIs. I need to collect some data (pupils’ questions about controversial science developments) and will need to go into school to do it. I have asked my old head of department at Tring School if I can have a go with a class of year 9 or 10s. I would like to video the session and collect the questions raised by pupils.
