Egentligen är det min mammas recept men jag och J har försökt göra det vårat eget. Kött (högrev - det är billigt och blir fint och mört om man kokar tillräckligt länge). Champinjoner (funkar med burkversionen också! Sätt på lock och sänk värmen, låt koka i minst en timme (gärna längre). Var ett lent och bärigt och passade perfekt ihop med smakerna i grytan.
