Monday, August 31, 2009. I ran my first 5k last Saturday, and I liked it so much that I want to do it again! I definitely need to do some training before the next one on Sept. 12, because I am still feelin' that last one. I also need to improve my time by 7 minutes. Anyone else want to run it with me?
