Saturday, October 22, 2011. My darling friend Amy has been visiting for the past 5 days and we have LOVED having her here! I have been lonely for my old girlfriends, just those wonderful friends that you can be silly with, be yourself, no hair no make up, no fuss. So, I was really happy that Amy came, WHEN she came, it was a much needed boost of comfort! While she was here we were able to go to temple, a pumpkin festival and head into Chicago where we were blessed with glorious weather! I love it :).

So, Hayden has been running me around (exhaustidly) for the past few months and I haven't been feeling all that great and I haven't updated the blog for awhile. Saturday, October 13, 2012. At our new home in WA, we are finally back in business! So, we started moving from Illinois on Sept. 8 and began the big road-trip. It took us 6 days. We were given many condolences and warnings and "ohmigosh are you CRAZY! Comments when we told people we were driving out with a toddler and a baby. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. My parents visit :). My parents were here for a week and left this morning, sniff, sniff, we will miss them! We played lots of Hand and Foot and we ended up tying 2-2. Mom and John played against my dad and I. I always like games where you never know who will win, and it comes down to the last round. Fun! While they were here we blessed Connor at church and overall had a wonderful time with them! Here are some great pictures of our time together. The morning of Connor's blessing.

Saturday, February 25, 2012. Frosty comes complete with bell pepper eye brows and a carrot smile. We're just missing the top hat! Saturday, October 13, 2012. Hayden is a pro at making Connor laugh when he wakes up in the morning or after naps. It is so fun to watch them laugh and play together! Ok, on to Moses Lake. In the next post, I will put some pictures of our house and the area. It is so wonderful to be close to my mom and dad, and my brother and his family - when they move back to Boise in December. I love being able to pop over for 20-30 minutes and pick strawberrries or raspberries and just have fun. May 5, 2006.

Saturday, June 4, 2011. We are really enjoying the wildlife in our backyard. Last week John looked out the window and saw a coyote carrying a dead-bird, we've also seen several deer, we have a resident bunny rabbit in our yard and lots of pretty cranes flying overhead. Everyday John or I say at some point, "I just LOVE our house". Its such a nice feeling to be so content with where you live.
