Poundcake Love: August 2006
http://poundcakelove.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 14, 2006. Ken Kuchar's First Poundcake. Ken and Jody Kuchar visited me in November, 2004, and I presented them with their first "Roncake" at that time. I also shared my recipe with them and here is the evidence: Ken's first poundcake. I suspect this to be a toffee and nut version, but could be wrong. Either way, it seems that Ken is happy with the outcome. Thanks for sharing the love, Ken and Jody. Posted by Ron Hudson at 7:05 PM. Durham, North Carolina, United States. Seasons of the Soul.

By this, I mean that you have baked a poundcake and given it to someone you don't know, perhaps a homeless person, or someone you see everyday but have not yet connected with. When you have performed this act, send me a brief story of the experience. And I will post it on this blog with your name. At some point in the future, I will perhaps offer t-shirts for sale that read "You have been POUNDCAKED! The f...
