Inconveniently Located: first week

http://www.inconvenientlylocated.blogspot.com/2014/09/first-week.html

What's going on with our family, okay mostly stuff about our daughters. Thursday, September 4, 2014. The Frozen backpack was a surprise for her that morning. I think the backpack and earning two blue tickets for being kind a respectful at school were the highlights of her first day. The low would be not being able to find her milk when it was lunch time, she may have teared up a bit. You can see it clearly in this picture on the side of her backpack. R, the mom. What's going on with our family, okay mostly stuff about our daughters. Sunday, October 6, 2013. I spent some time editing photos this weekend, and thought I would share a few of the girls enjoying some final nice days. R, the mom. Saturday, October 5, 2013. We call it Packers' day around here, and the girls try to dress appropriately. R, the mom. Not an awesome picture but it was over 2 inches long. I think I have some nephews who would like examining this lady. The katydid looked so much like a leaf.

What's going on with our family, okay mostly stuff about our daughters. Wednesday, October 29, 2014. We took a little time to go pick pumpkins and go on a hayride. We just had enough time to go while we were all fever, cough, and runny-nose free. Of course a few hours later that changed and our collective health went downhill. This girl found her pumpkin right away. The weather was so nice and sunny. This place had lots of fun colored and bumpy varieties of pumpkins. R, the mom. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

What's going on with our family, okay mostly stuff about our daughters. Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Things that happened in May. E graduated from 4k preschool. The very next day we found out she got into our top choice for school choice. This year A will both go in the water and step on sand without crying- a vast improvement over last summer. The girls have already gotten to spend five days at the beach since we have lucked out with the weather our last two trips to the lake house. R, the mom. R, the mom.

One Day at a Time: July 2008

http://olberdingfamily.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html

One Day at a Time. Monday, July 28, 2008. I think Camryn knew I wasn't having the best night so she decided to roll from her back to her tummy for the first time when we were playing tonight! She has been on the verge for several weeks and we knew it would happen anytime. I'm glad I was home to see it! I had to tell Sarah right away as they've been practicing the technique. Hopefully Jeff will get to see her do it soon too! We pulled it off! Birthday almost seemed impossible, but we did it! It's hard to ...

One Day at a Time. Sunday, August 17, 2008. Feeling comfortable in your own skin. Realizing you can do whatever you put your mind to. Being surrounded by loving friends and family. Knowing you deserve to be happy. Turning 30 is a celebration of the free-to-be-yourself decade. And what is turning 30 without a celebration? I had a fabulous day starting with waking up hearing Camryn's sweet little coos, a walk with the whole family, dinner with good friends and a night out with more good friends at the Shou...

One Day at a Time. Sunday, March 1, 2009. It's March and daddy's 35th birthday! Unfortunately, Jeff is working in MO still so we weren't able to celebrate with him today. He will be home on Wednesday night and I am taking Friday and Monday off so we are going to do a little spring break here in MN. Just spending time together will be a treat! Oh well, the house is now quiet and all is well. Yep, one dog is definitely enough, especially with a little one to take care of! March 4, 2009 at 12:26 PM.

One Day at a Time. Sunday, June 22, 2008. Twas the night before work. Twelve weeks ago tonight I was running on complete adrenaline after being up for almost 36 hours. We had just brought Camryn. One Day at a Time. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Monday, April 28, 2008. Our trip to South Dakota! Our time in Sioux Falls went so fast as it seemed we were always on the go between visiting family, showing off Camryn. To my parents co-workers, shopping and celebrating Ryan and Sarah's wedding. My parents are definitely going through granddaughter withdrawal. Right now as they thoroughly enjoyed their quality time with Camryn. Was the flower girl. Was not a happy camper after the hand off. An inconvenient month

Monday, June 23, 2008. Alcohol Ban on Beaches. Yesterday, as I hung out under my umbrella in South Mission Beach, I watched two police officers on quads continuously cruise the beaches looking for alcohol. I watched them pull up to a family with kids running in and out of the water, and parents chatting in beach chairs. They looked into the cup the man was holding and issued him a citation for having alcohol on the beach. I mean, really. The father discreetly sipping a beer with his wife in South Mission?
