Wednesday, 11 November 2015. I can't cope with having a boyfriend. I get super upset too easily when he lets me down. I've been crying 4 out of the last 5 days due to communication issues. That's not right. I don't think he gets it and I can't see it getting better. Is it time to end it? We both love each other but he's terrible at communication and i NEED communication, probably more than most people. It's causing me to stop eating and self harm. I don't react to stress well. Monday, 20 April 2015. Since my last post I've lost 2.4 kg. I had my last weekly CBT session and today was my 4 week check in. Tuesday, 16 October 2012. I was just going to have coffee for breakfast but i decided to have my healthy courgette loaf - I made it using fat free yoghurt instead of butter and halved the sugar - so it's pretty healthy! My new house mate wanted me to make a chocolate chestnut cake with her last night, and I said I was too exhausted and can we do it tomorrow. Today is tomorrow. And I really don't want to make it. Wednesday, 28 November 2012. Feeling like I'm too big. Way too big. Need to start recording what I am eating again and to increase the exercise. I haven't eaten cake biscuits or chocolate in November but yet swear I have put on weight though i haven't weighed myself. Scared about all the socialising I have planned for December too much food involved. Really depressed with my weight feel so unhappy when I look at myself. So conscious of my size. Relatively low calorie treats - some have more nutritional value than others! Little Nibbles/Out and About Treats. Popcorn - lots of brands do large low cal bags - gd if eating with friends. Nestle Crunch bar 164kcal - another good one if being forced to eat. Atkins chocolate bar - approx 131kcal. Bear Granola - 99kcal bag. Naked Coco Loco/Banana bread/Apple Pie bar - 100kcal. Original Ginger Chews - 15kcal each. Nairns baked mini oatcakes cheese or sweet onion flavour - 100kcal. Things I have Read.
