My Journey to Health. This is my journey from morbid obesity to being healthy. Monthly Archives: July 2013. July 29, 2013. This blog entry is not a happy one. As you may recall I was having a problem with late night eating a couple of weeks ago. I stopped doing that. It wasn’t easy to end a bad habit. Again. You may remember during that time I also started some exercise classes and eventually added a workout with weights (which is going quite well I might add). Stop focusing on the numbers on the scale.

My Journey to Health. This is my journey from morbid obesity to being healthy. August 3, 2013. This past week has been an eventful one. Tuesday evening my feelings were hurt worse than they have ever been hurt by someone I love unconditionally. I headed for home so wounded and so angry I wanted to punch a hole in a brick wall. Thirty minutes later I returned to the kitchen and made some very smart choices for my supper. When I realized what I had done I was so proud! So looking forward to that!
