About Pam De Luca. Recently, I participated in a meeting where a parent verbally attacked a teacher. I was there because I thought tempers would flare and the participants might need my guidance. However, the teacher graciously accepted the feedback he was given by the parent and apologized for his behaviours which were negatively perceived by the student.
