Saturday, June 14, 2014. HomeSchool Mom's French Toast. Mix together: 8 eggs, 1.5 cups of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Place slices of bread {or hamburger buns} in pan. Pour half of egg mixture over bread. Repeat with another layer. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. And let me start by saying: firstly, even though I am in the trenches of my fourteenth year of homeschooling, I make no pretenses to be an expert!
