Monday, January 21, 2008. Why do the call this place "Six" Pipes? Look at the top pix, notice that they are six drainage pipes. Easy parking for cars and bikes. Good catfish bite rates when water is murky and upcoming tide. . Too many stripe eel tail catfish. They wack everything. Got to hide under the trees if it rains or it's scorching hot. Wednesday, March 4, 2009. Actually I only tried this place once and it's only for a couple of hours. Easy parking. There's floodlight after 9pm till morning. Wednesday, March 4, 2009. Good spot for both tides. High tide can target for scaled fish and rays. Once low tide, watch out for the eel-tail catfish. There's enough light from the fences if night fishing. Good place to hunt for worm baits during low tide. Quite a distance to walk in if you drive. Worst if you take public transport except cab. Quite eerie at night. Don't fish alone at night. Sicklefish, Eel tail catfish, stingrays, snappers. Not at the moment. Posted by what a fish! Back to main page.

Tuesday, January 12, 2010. We all just can't bear the wait till Chinese New Year for our first trip to one of the kelongs near Sibu Island. So last Sunday we all had the first taste of kelong fishing at Sibu except for Mr.Jay who knew the kelongs at the back of his hands. So off we went to fetch Mr.Dem and straight to Changi Village to get some live prawns but were sold out. Settled for an early breakfast before fetching Mr.Jay at Hougang. I'm working on a project for when I walk in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Help with rug backing. Dec 16th, 2006 09:22 am. Can anyone tell me what kind of place I can bring a rug to in order to get it backed. Will a knitting store do it? Also, if it's a 20x30 rug, about how much do you think it will cost?
