I know we may have all written lists in the past and then a few months into the new year we totally forget about them and then never accomplish them. I want to break that this year. http://kaysvillegrows.blogspot.com/2012/11/i-feel-blessed.html
The Groovy Grow's of Kaysville, UT. Wednesday, November 21, 2012. It makes me sad that we "market" or set aside a certain time of year to be grateful. I think we should be grateful all year long. I have several friends who keep gratitude journals or blogs to help them see the good in every day. Okay. That was my soapbox moment. Do with it what you will. I do feel truly blessed right now in my life. I have so much to be thankful for. Here is a list that I came up with. I am proud to be a Mormon! I am grat...

Breathe Stillness: December 2009
http://breathestillness.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Friday, 25 December 2009. Wednesday, September 17, 2008 was the beginning of my journey to stillness. I started my first yoga class. Needless to say I was extremely scared. There was a lack of confidence in my ability to move my body and many misperceptions about what yoga really was. Looking back now, I wonder why. You must be kidding! I tried and tried to still my mind, but the thoughts wouldn't turn off. Yoga, I mean? Too late, I already paid for the whole semester. This blog is my journey. When the b...

Breathe Stillness: November 2010
http://breathestillness.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, 21 November 2010. This past year has been riddled with challenges that have made it difficult to write in this blog. Throughout this time, yoga has been a constant. It is now one of the loves of my life. Sometimes I cry, when I think of how much yoga means to me. And I can’t even explain why, I just feel it. Does there need to be justification for loving something? Hmmm….I think not. I love yoga! Today I want to talk about stillness. Stillness: is the state or instance of being quiet or calm.
