http://dadontheeastcoast.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 19, 2007. The Beginning of a Journey . . . So, here is where I spent my weekend. Sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, I attended a Discernment Retreat to begin the processes for the study and ordination to Vocational Diaconate. It will be in excess of 2 years before this process is complete. Nevertheless, it is where I am being called. Posted by Dad on the East Coast. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Dad on the East Coast. Dad on the East Coast: May 2008
http://dadontheeastcoast.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 08, 2008. Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival Report. The words to describe the festival and the amount of potenial fun escape me. There were likely more than 10,000 people there in a not large enough space with not enough comfortable parking. This little alpaca picture gives you just a taste of the sights and sounds of the festival. Speaking of tastes, there was one sheep farmer sitting with his sheep eating what could have possibly been their mother! We all thought that this was over the edge.
