This allows the Physical Therapy patient to seamlessly transition from rehab to post rehab conditioning and beyond. We keep our classes small to allow us to provide critical hands-on instruction individualized to each person’s needs. We passionately believe that Pilates can be safely and effectively used by everyone from little kids to older adults to improve functional mobility.
