A new team member who just joined the project confused as she felt that her super busy supervisor does not provide enough instruction or assignment for her. Apparently, her supervisor is a person who expects his reports to be independent and running everything with minimum supervision. Anyhow he is a very busy person as far as I can remember him correctly. 3 The communication within team is bad.
