Spent a beautiful white Christmas this year with Andreas and his family at Västervik, a pretty little coastal town on the east coast of Sweden, south of Stockholm. Swedens most beautiful archipelago. The colours of Västervik. You’re never too old to be a kid again🙂. Oversized kid with his sled. Sledding (the wrong way)! The cozy guest room - my room for 3 nights.

There’s lots of it to be done here, mainly from two chains of second hand stores that have outlets all over the city (and country, even). Plus the odd flea market here and there. Myrorna (Salvation Army thrift store). Next time I move to a new city I think I’ll go search their second hand stores beforehand and get all my crockery from there too.

Natürlich haben wir uns an dem Wochenende wie ganz normale Touristen Johannesburg angeguckt und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht. Die beeindruckendste Sehenswürdigkeit meiner Meinung nach war definitiv das Apartheid Museum! Sonst waren wir noch auf dem Carlton Centre, der höchste Wolkenkratzer Afrikas, auf diesem wir einen großartigen Ausblick auf die Stadt genießen durften.
