Update our salads (organic lettuce, homemade dressings). Healthier, homemade crackers. Eliminate genetically modified sugar. Only purchase organic apples. Limit food with MSG and sodium nitrite or nitrate (processed meat is a big offender). Roughly follow the Superfoods Rx Diet recommendations. Stick to the meal plan. Use only whole white wheat flour.

In the past month or so, I've been in a funk. I've sort of lost the energy to stick with some of the changes I've made. I still have the desire, but there has been a definite lack of follow through on some things, like meal planning, staying under budget, eating out- hanging head in shame. :(. We'll see how that goes!
