http://greenkaleandyams.blogspot.com/2014/04/eating-healthy.html
Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Eating Healthy - What does it mean to you? A friend, who through health problems has had to cut out so many of the generally accepted foods, said to me that people have no idea what it means to eat healthy. Over the years I have learned by health problems how to eat healthier. I think of "eating healthy" as a staircase. For example, here is my journey. Thursday, May 28, 2015. Cooking Bread in the BBQ. It has warmed up fast in the past week! I hate to warm up the house by baking in the oven so in the summer I bake in my BBQ unit and it turns out great! Place your baking pans on a double broiler to force heat up and over baked. Make sure to watch your temperature or bake on low. Yesterday I used my BBQ unit to cook my bread and it turned out great as always! See the bottom, just a little more brown then the rest. Green Kale and Yams: Pumpkin seeds - very tasty and nutritious.
http://greenkaleandyams.blogspot.com/2014/05/pumpkin-seeds-very-tasty-and-nutritious.html
Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Pumpkin seeds - very tasty and nutritious. Pumpkin seeds are a small package packed with magnesium, zinc, omega-3s, phytoestrogens, antioxidants, fiber, and amino acids. My favorite what to eat pumpkin seeds is to dry roast them for 4 minutes o n medium heat, let them cool and then spread them on a salad. Dry roasting them enhances their flavor. Also dry roasted pumpkin seeds make really good dairy free pesto sauce. See my blog for recipe:. Read about the benefits in this article.

SPROUTING IS EASIER THEN YOU THINK! Rinse uneaten sprouts the same as above for the following day&#...
