This can act as a little reminder of what things you should bring for day trips or for the longer weekend trips. This is key as we are boating in Scotland the water is not that of the Caribbean it is freezing- don’t let this put you off, its wonderfully refreshing and cures all manner of headaches. Try to avoid cotton clothing for boating as it is pretty inefficient at keeping you warm, any sort of sports thermals are ideal and they dry very quickly as well. Warm clothes for when you get off the river.
