Number of entries: 1959 Number of pages: 196. From: Portland, Oregon. This was excellent John. I used your safety wiring on a Hallicrafter S-38B and it worked perfectly. Along with a polarized plug I replaced the plug socket, both vintage but polarized. This was done just to retain a bit of the original look. The only question remaining was the existence of the capacitor on the rewired hot side. It wasn't mentioned in your article but I assumed it must be a safety cap. Again, well done.
