Monday, January 19, 2015. We've been working on retelling HARD and HEAVY the last two weeks. I'm trying to get my kiddos ready for the winter DRA testing. I put together a little retelling packet with an ice cream chart and rubrics. A few days later, we discussed Important Events and Connections. Sunday, November 30, 2014. I had a great Thanksgiving break and was able to get some packets finished. My kiddos LOVED the Thanksgiving Math Centers I made so I decided to make some for December. Thursday, July 9, 2015. I know that most of us have a love/hate relationship with it. We know it's good for us but have a hard time doing it especially before or after a loooong day at school. One of my goals this summer was to start a regular exercise program, the problem was finding the right one for me. I love to walk but walking around the neighborhood early in the morning just wasn't enough and I wouldn't be able to keep that up once winter came. (I hate to be cold! The best part is: it's FREE!
