I refused to buy a size 16 (US14) , but I had to get something that would vaguely fit me, so I got a new pair of size 14 (US12) jeans. Bit tight, but I’m NOT going back there! I’ve been logging my food and exercise at MFP. As last time, I’m doing the following:. Avoiding the’diet saboteurs’ offerings at work. That’s just for starters.
