Cauliflower and sweet potato indian curry with green peas, okra, spinach in a mildly spiced cumin, chilli, ginger, coconut and tomato sauce. Mushroom strogonoff with portobello and chestnut mushrooms, aubergines and carrots in a rich tomato sauce topped with roasted potatoes.
