Also, while I was at Kroger, I decided to take a look at the price was SweetLeaf Sweetner. I found it in the Health Food section. It was $12.59 for a 4oz bottle!

Added a Green Smoothie Chart I found to the bottom of the page. You can use it as a guide. My recipe changes depending on what we have at home, but I try to keep it close if I can. 2 scoops flax seed. 1 handful of parsley. 1 handful of baby spinach. 2 leaves of kale. 1 cup of green tea. Pineapples: I think I may start using them less. Noticed my lips burning (since I use the core). Plus I think the smoothie tastes better with less citrus. Feb 4, 2011, 10:45 AM.
