Randy and Susan's Adoption Journey Version 2.0: Pick Ourselves Up and Move Forward
http://journey-to-adopt.blogspot.com/2008/01/pick-ourselves-up-and-move-forward.html
Saturday, January 5, 2008. Pick Ourselves Up and Move Forward. First of all, thank you so much for all the emails and comments of support! They really mean a lot. My friends Melissa and Robin came over last night and brought me Ben and Jerry's ice cream, chocolate cake, and Dove dark chocolate candies. They said they couldn't let me have a pity party without the essentials. It still feels like the news yesterday was just a bad dream and I'll wake up from it. January 5, 2008 at 12:15 PM. Hang tough and ta...

Tomorrow, Sasha picks me up at 7am for my 12hr flight back to Houston, 6-hr layover and then should land in Nashville around 10pm. Cannot wait to give Clare so many hugs and kisses. She will be sl...Ascen...

Looks like we need to get Andrik his own sunglasses. Sunday, September 26, 2010. Getting into his big brother's train pieces. After bath he is loving when we put lotion on him. I massage his legs and arms with lotion and he goes limp and is so relaxed when I'm massaging him. It's sad to think that this is probably t...We go...

Adoption Beefstew, Round 2: New Years!
http://adoptionbeefstew.blogspot.com/2012/01/new-years.html
Adoption Beefstew, Round 2. Sunday, January 1, 2012. I thought - sure - what the heck! Guess what, Clare picked up that spoon like it was a golden key and Audrey opened wide for her, ate a whole thing of bananas for her big sister and has been eating like a champ ever since - for me! Can you even believe it? I was in awe. Clare asked -? Mommy, am I your hero? My response - "Uh Yeah! So, as you can imagine, Clare and Audrey are already becoming the best of friends and I love watching it. What a special gi...
