Life in "the Swamp" for the Florida Muirs. Thursday, February 18, 2010. An Update on our Little Lady. Jayne is doing awesome! We can't get enough of this little girl. She continues to grow and grow. We are amazed how she changes every day. It's incredible! We absolutely love her and feel so blessed that she is so healthy and happy! Here are a few pics that we have taken over the past few weeks. Jayne and Daddy in the hospital. Jayne and Mommy upon arriving home from the hospital. She's a little snuggler.

Although a few of you already know this, we thought that we'd go ahead and throw it on the blog, just to truly make it official. :) Yep. The big day is January 18th, and we are soooo excited! We feel so grateful and blessed to have this little addition come join our growing family! We don't know yet if it is going to be a boy or a girl, but we should be finding out in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned for more. :). A Change in the Air.

Life in "the Swamp" for the Florida Muirs. Thursday, January 28, 2010. We welcomed Jayne Elizabeth Muir into our family on Sunday evening at 8:38pm via c-section. She weighed 9 lbs, 7 oz, was 20 inches long, and came with a full head of hair! Both Jen and Jayne are doing so well! We should have kept that saying in mind when the doctor's gave us the January 18th due date, and especially when others thought our little lady might even come a little early. Saturday, December 1, 2012. My baby is 6 months! Not that stuff already! I just want him to stay small and submissive, ha! At his 6 month appointment he weighed 17.13 (50%). And was 27 inches long (54%). pretty average baby compared to his giant big sister:) He still isn't sleeping through the night. not even close! He's up more at nights now, than he was as a newborn! Grr oh well, I can't complain, because he is just so good and happy all the time. He just makes me melt. love that baby:).

Monday, April 25, 2011. Florida has THE BEST Spring time. It's nice and warm, but still no humidity. We have been taking full advantage of it, and playing a bunch outdoors (well except for one week where we were stuck inside, but I'll get to that later.). Sunday, May 27, 2012. Quincy is finally here! We couldn't be more in love:) My contractions started Wednesday night. not too bad, but definitely painful (not like Braxton Hicks at all.) Tuesday, July 5, 2011. I'm seriously so bummed Liss and I didn't take any pictures while I was in TX for 2 weeks. We did SO much fun stuff, and I took 2 whole pictures! What a loser I am. So for Melissa's 30th birthday, she told Brett all she wanted was for me to come out to visit- so that was her birthday present: me! What an awesome present, huh? We had a little get-together with some of her close friends a few days later, so she could have even more birthday fun. She is obsessed with her birthday, and keeps asking me if it's her birthday yet. I keep telling her it's a LONG way off:).
