Rae, Mike and Mia. And they lived happily. Friday, May 22. At school this week, Rachel was teaching math and discussing pints, quarts and gallons. She asked the class, "which one is bigger? And heard a voice from the side say, "you're big." She turned and saw a little boy twisiting another's arm. The boy getting twisted responded, "he said, 'you're big'." Then the funny kid doing the twisting added, not in any way trying to apologize, "I mean you're tall, too." I think this is hilarious. A co-worker said...

Rae, Mike and Mia. And they lived happily. Thursday, April 16. So things have been super busy- but isn't that always the case? After my SB trip to AZ, I got to go AGAIN thanks to Denny! For Abby's birthday he flew both of us out for a long weekend and it was WONDERFUL! Our Boompa got the biggest kick out of how we would just "visit". For hours, everday, and it was GREAT FUN getting to spend time like that with my sister. Unfortunately, my camera took pictures without the card in, so I have none to show.

Rae, Mike and Mia. And they lived happily. Saturday, August 27. A few photos from the last month. We haven't posted photos forever, been a bit busy. Here's a few recent photos of Mia and a bunch from our trip to Oregon to see family in July. Since then, Rachel found a part-time teaching position teaching literacy to 1st graders in Aurora - so far it's been great, she likes the school a lot and the balance of working and still having time with Mia. At Nye Beach, Mia's 1st trip to the ocean!

Mom and Aunt Bets had baby duty and couldn't be happier :). These two are only 11 days apart. So, after a loooooong day of travel at the airports, and many delayed flights, we made it! We are in Galway. And have been for the last three days and leave tomorrow for Kilarney. The weather has been wonderful-actually had to all use sunscreen today! Something funny we didn't realize is that it stays light here til around 11:00 AT NIGHT! Gotta go be on vacation!

Rae, Mike and Mia. And they lived happily. Saturday, June 19. At the beginning of May we went to California for Tanner's graduation and got to see close friends Jason and Sarah Mann and their new baby Desmond. Me and Des rocking his Bronco gear. Me and J in his awesome backyard. They have a great house in Santa Barbara. Chuck and J outside a great spot we went for breakfast a few minutes from their house. A beach side park in SB. Santa Barbara has perfect weather and is a great mix of mountains and beach.
