Most importantly, my little man turned 4 years old! I cannot believe how fast they grow! One thing I have discovered. Certain carbs are absolutely evil. And I am beginning to wonder if it is the good carbs that cause me problems. I can live without bread, pasta, potatoes, etc. Fruits! I love fresh, delicious fruits!
