Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Week 17 – It’s Almost Here. Here is a look at last week’s training. Week 14 - Schedule and What I did. 45 min run (45 minutes on the treadmill). 40 min cross train (I went to a 45 minute spin class). 8211; 30 min easy run (I did my PT stretches, but switched some things around, so I took a day of rest). 8211; Rest (Happy Thanksgiving! I started the day off running in the. 8211; 10K. I finished in 1:04). 40 min easy run (I took the day off since I ran extra on Thursday).

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. One marathon was not enough, I have begun training for the Chicago Marathon. I want to experience the cheers for the Chicago crowd. See the city in a different way and hopefully improve my time. I have heard that many people achieve their best time in Chicago. More importantly, I will continue to train with Team in Training. Friday, December 26, 2008. Crossing the Finish Line. It was such an amazing experience that I have had a hard time finding the words to describe. It was the most memorable birthday I have ever had, which wouldn't have been possible without the love and support from all of my family and friends. Thank you! Monday, October 20, 2008. Week 11 – Pacing Myself. This was a challenging week for me. Here was the schedule. Schedule and What I did. 40 min easy run (My knee was killing me, so I rested). 30 min cross train (I went to Athletico Physical Therapy for a consultation, they gave me some strengthening exercises and told me to cut back this week.
