I fought for insurance coverage for a year and a half and finally, on Sept. 17, 2008, I was Switched! Today, almost 11 months later, Aug. 10, 2009 I have lost 120 pounds, a case of Sleep Apnea and almost all COPD symptoms. I have done this eating normal amounts of high protein, high fat, low carb food. It is miraculous. August 11, 2009 at 3:37 pm.
