There are several eligibility requirements that need to be met in order for an individual to be accepted for our in-home nursing services. Please feel free to call the Director of Clinical Services at 303-322-1413 ext. 24 regarding your particular situation. We serve portions of Denver, Arapahoe, Adams and Jefferson counties. Currently, our borders are 104th Ave to the north, Peoria to the east, Belleview to the south and Simms to the west. Individuals must make less than $20,000 per year.
